The Wrong Turn And The Caution Thrown To The Wind.

   

      At times in life, when things turned bad and endeavours resulted or ended in disaster, majority of people tend to wonder why? Why did this happen? Why did it happen this way? But what the majority of people did not know are these: things don't just happen in life; there are no accidents and neither is there any coincidence.

      For a disaster to occur, and for what people call accidents to happen, there assuredly have been wrong turns, haste, lackadaisical attitudes, disobedience to rules and regulations, complacency, impatience, and the inability of the person concerned to delay gratification, which later resulted in the cataclysmic results, visible for everybody to see: which warranted the questions earlier asked-Why?

     Premature deaths occur, marriages fail, lucrative job opportunities are lost, destinies are derailed, and purposes are defeated all because, the caution that ought to have been adhered to were not adhered to; the laws to be abided by, were not abided; the gratifications that ought to have been delayed or denied were not delayed nor denied, and the cataclysmic results ensued, and a man  or woman now has to sit down with the end that is bitter than wormwood!

     Endeavour in the journey of life, to have hindsight and foresight concerning the state of things, so as to live a life that is full of exploits and gratefulness to God for a life lived to the fulfilment of His purpose and destiny for your life. And if you know you lack foresight, hindsight, and the will to self discipline, to delay gratification, to be able to endure a trying time for better time to come from the LORD, pray to the LORD to give you these essential gifts and grace through His Holy Spirit.
